Life at System Logic
System Logic is the company behind VoiceCraft. We started as an engineering firm focused on backend infrastructure and have since applied that expertise to consumer and professional tools. Our team is small, remote-first, and focused on shipping products that respect user privacy while delivering real value—whether that's a free voice recorder with in-browser transcription or a script editor that runs entirely on your device.
We believe in sustainable pace, clear communication, and ownership. Everyone on the team has a direct impact on what we build and how we build it. We use modern tools (async by default, with scheduled sync when needed) and prioritize quality and maintainability over speed. If you care about privacy, performance, and making powerful AI accessible without locking users into a data pipeline, you'll fit right in.
Where We Hire
We hire across engineering, product, and design. Even when we don't have a posted role, we welcome expressions of interest in these areas—we often create roles for the right people.
- Engineering
Front-end (React, Next.js), back-end, ML/AI pipelines, WebAssembly, and infrastructure. Experience with speech or NLP is a plus.
- Product & design
Product management, UX/UI design, and user research. We care deeply about clarity, accessibility, and trust.
- Content & growth
Documentation, tutorials, and content that help users get the most out of VoiceCraft. Technical writing or SEO experience is valuable.
