Account Responsibilities

Third-Party Services

Our Service may integrate with third-party services and APIs (such as Hugging Face for transcription). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of these third-party services. Your use of such services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL VOICECRAFTTOOL, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Unauthorized access to your data
• Errors or inaccuracies in transcriptions
• Third-party conduct or content
• Any other matter relating to the Service

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VoiceCraftTool and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Content you submit or generate through the Service

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms
• Illegal or fraudulent activity
• Extended period of inactivity
• Request by law enforcement

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may also close your account at any time.

Advertising

We display advertisements through Google AdSense and other advertising partners. By using our Service, you consent to the display of these advertisements. We do not control the content of ads displayed and are not responsible for their content or accuracy.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which VoiceCraftTool operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and VoiceCraftTool regarding the use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements between you and VoiceCraftTool relating to your use of the Service.
